Justin has been involved in the construction industry his entire life, and is driven by a passion for innovation. His extensive knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry was learned from hands-on-experience—he has worked as a laborer, carpenter, superintendent, project manager, and today, as Principal Partner and Executive Vice President. He has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Arizona and is recognized by the USGBC as a LEED®Accredited Professional. Justin’s broad experience in construction, his management skills, administrative training, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the Synergy team.
Douglas Franklin
Douglas Franklin, has been building custom homes for over 25 years. He has developed a Fire Resistant Net-Zero home design over the last 15 years. Doug has mastered many forms of construction including antique log cabins, antique timber frame barn projects, Autoclaved Aerated Concrete ( AAC ), Stick frame, Sip Panels, and ICF blocks. Doug also has extensive knowledge in low voltage lighting, home theaters, and home automation systems utilizing Crestron and Control 4 systems. Doug coordinates his Fire resistant designs and interfaces them into the home automation systems. Doug is partnered with Justin Stewart who is one of the leaders in Modular construction and Mass Timber styles of building. The DOMI process assist clients through the daunty task of building a custom home. The need for change is now and if you don't build Fire Resistant you will have higher insurance premiums and in some instances you will not be able to get insurance .
